Above expectations. Outside of building is outdated but room was nice and clean with an amazing view. Pool and beach was awesome. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will come back!

Poor hotel, great location

This hotel has a great location, a very good pool and a private beach. The staff is attentive, friendly and welcoming. That's the good points. Everything else is bad- the hotel needs investing some money into renovation the rooms as our air conditioning was non-existent and water taps were working so badly that hardly any water was coming out, the furniture is basic and very outdated. The hotel restaurant is terrible - the breakfast and dinner options are of such a poor quality it's unbelievable. The desserts, apparently, are being baked in a prison in Padua and delivered to Elba- they cannot be fresh by definition. It's a 4-star hotel, they should use 4-star chefs, not inmates to cook the food! As a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, we were told at the beach that we are only allowed 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds- really?? We had a double room, so surely everyone should be allowed to have a sunbed! So inconsiderate. The location is so beautiful so do come but do not stay at this hotel, it is stuck somewhere in the 70s.

It’s an older hotel, needs renovation. My kids A/c didn’t work, our tv had no signal. They tried to overcharge me at checkout. It’s in a nice area with a good place to swim and relax by the water.

Very disappointed. The pool area was dirty, the hallways carpets were stained and the room looked and felt like a hospital room, stale and no amenities in the room. I lost my money because I left to stay at another location

The hotel looks great as you come into the foyer, but the corridors and general upkeep let it down. The walkway to the pool is not welcoming and pool bar very limited for food choices. The water jets in one pool were not working. The outside area is not used to it’s potential and has a feel of faded glamour, and is a bit neglected.

La struttura è un po’ datata, però in ordine. Il personale è preparato e cordiale, colazione internazionale per tutti i gusti. Non mi è piaciuto l’accesso al mare che offre l’albergo, in compenso avevamo una vista dal balcone su porto azzurro veramente spettacolare.

Ok hotell med frokost. Familierom mot bakgård hadde ikke balkong, det var en nedtur. Ellers god service, fin strand. Fikk beskjed om at det kun var en parasoll pr rom. Det er litt dumt at man ikke får beskjed om når man bestiller familerom med fire senger. Ellers lite utvalg til lunsj, og siden man er avhengig av bil for å komme til restaurant er det litt dumt.

La struttura a picco sul mare (stupendo) gode di una spiaggetta privata raggiungibile attraverso 226 gradini. Ma c’è un provvidenziale ascensore. Camere grandi, personale accogliente (simpatici ed efficienti Fabio e Lucia coordinatori dello staff di sala). Piscine ben tenute, con acqua di mare. Insomma c’è tutto quanto serve ad un soggiorno confortevole in un contesto naturale affascinante

Fantastisk sjøutsikt fra rommet. Hotellet ligger oppe på en liten høyde, men det går heis ned til stranden. Anbefaler halvpensjon da de har helt fantastisk mat på hotellet.

Waren schon das dritte mal in diesem Hotel, leider hat das Frühstück aufdrehen Terrasse nicht ganz so schön wie wir uns dass vorgestellt haben. Das Frühstück war früher ein Traum, heuer war es normaler Italienischer Standart. Außerdem war das Essen immer aus und wurde nur auf Anforderung nachgefüllt. Tische wurden auch nicht nachgedeckt. Die Lage ist Top und der langsame Lift zum fast menschenleeren privaten Strand sind noch immer das Beste. Schade um das Hotel
