「Coming from the US and having heard all kinds of stories about SA, I will say this property is very safe and secure, with (free) gated parking. I had a 2 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and had a patio area and kitchen. It was enormous. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and eager to share all the great things Stellenbosch has to offer. Laundry service is a plus and so is the location—walkable to any number of great restaurants and cafes. Great value as well. Highly recommended.」

「Secure in-compound parking with electronic gates/openers provided, for a small (reasonable) fee for peace of mind. We loved the apartment unit we had on the front half of the property (called Brighton Beach building). Very easy to walk across the street and be at the tidal pool. We went for a swim every morning and loved having dinner at the various restaurants along the beach, which were delicious and also reasonably priced.
