Nestled in the charming seaside suburb of Hout Bay, Summerville Beach
Loft is the perfect retreat for two guests seeking a blend of comfort
and scenic beauty. This modern loft apartment offers a spacious bedroom
with a Queen XL bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath, shower,
and toilet. The stylish open-plan living area includes a comfortable
lounge with a television, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Here, you'll find all the necessary appliances, including a fridge,
stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and
oven, making it perfect for a self-catering stay.
The apartment is designed to maximise its stunning surroundings, with a
balcony that provides breathtaking sea and mountain views. Whether
you're enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring,
the natural beauty of Hout Bay will be your constant companion. The
loft also offers modern conveniences such as internet access, secure
parking, and provided towels, ensuring a hassle-free stay. While
smoking is not permitted indoors, the fresh ocean air and nearby
activities like fishing and swimming are always within reach.
Hout Bay is a vibrant and lively community, known for its bustling
fishing harbour, which supports a thriving tuna, snoek, and crayfish
industry. The harbour area is a hub of activity, home to the Hout Bay
Yacht Club and several popular restaurants where you can savour fresh
seafood and a refreshing drink. With its friendly atmosphere and

neighbourhood offers easy access to Cape Town's attractions via three
scenic mountain passes, making Summerville Beach Loft an ideal base for

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 103 Brighton St, Hout Bay, Cape Town, 7806
