In the vibrant Atlantic Seaboard area of Sea Point, you will find this
cosy, yet modern, two-story, two-bedroom townhouse. Upon entering this
city home, you will be greeted by a sleek, modern design and the
inviting warmth of the space.
The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a
comfortable self-catering experience, featuring a kitchen island with
barstools, creating an intimate sitting area. Adjacent to the kitchen,
the dining space includes a round lava stone table with seating for
four.
The cosy living room features soft, earthy tones with a sleek leather
sofa, an ottoman and a rustic wooden side table, a large statement rug,
and a stylish wooden TV cabinet housing a mounted flatscreen television
equipped with streaming services like Netflix. Guests will also enjoy
internet access throughout the property. An abundance of natural light
enters the space from the large windows, highlighting the greenery
outside.
Glass doors open onto the patio, where chic outdoor furniture creates
an inviting space to relax, breathe in the fresh, salty air, and take
in the serene surroundings, a true haven for both unwinding and social
gatherings. At the centre of the space stands a beautiful wood-burning
and smokeless fireplace set at the heart of the patio, designed to
create a warm, inviting atmosphere for cosy evenings. The feature
doubles as a braai (barbecue), making it perfect for enjoying authentic
social nights under the stars. On the side, the Alveare Collection
pizza oven, a stunning mosaic masterpiece fueled by wood. With a
comfortable lounge area nearby, it’s the perfect setting for
entertaining friends and family or enjoying a leisurely evening
outdoors.
Upstairs, the apartment features two bedrooms. The main bedroom
includes a queen-size extra length bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted
with a shower, a washbasin with vanity, and a toilet. The room also
features a large electric projector for the ultimate movie-night
experience. With just the push of a button, the room transforms into a
private big-screen theatre, perfect for streaming your favourite films
or shows right from bed. A glass door opens onto a private balcony
featuring an outdoor dining set as well as potted plants and
breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.
The second bedroom includes a double bed and also includes an en-suite
bathroom fitted with a washbasin with vanity, a shower, and a toilet.
Linen and towels are provided with your stay.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at Unit 5 ,3 Firdale Road , Sea Pont , Cape Town , 8060.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
