Local and international travellers wanting to experience the beauty and
laid back culture of Bloubergstrand need look no further than Ocean
View 701. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom self-catering apartment
is the perfect temporary home for holidaymakers or business travellers
with a prime location across from Blouberg beach and a short drive from
the City Centre.
The interior features warm and comfortable decor and has an open plan
design with a full kitchen, a 6-seater dining table, and a lounge.
Large surrounding windows and an expansive balcony offer spectacular
ocean views. Guests can make use of the braai while enjoying a
beautiful Cape Town sunset.
The main bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub,
shower and his and her basins, and balcony access. The second bedroom
has a queen bed and a large window for plenty of natural light,
accessing the shared bathroom with a shower.
The complex is neat, well maintained, and has basement garage parking.
Situated a short walk from the beach, guests can enjoy the oceanfront
restaurants and bars or take advantage of the shopping opportunities.
Famous for its surfing and kitesurfing opportunities, Bloubergstrand
promises fun and entertainment for the whole family.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will meet guests at the property, which is situated at 26 Beach Boulevard, to get to the apartment, enter the complex from Foam Street, the complex name Ocean View is on the outside wall by the entrance, use the grey tag on the key to open the gate, for general parking, go to entrance block C and use the grey tag to open the glass door, take the lift to the 7th floor the apartment will be on right 701.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
