Das Zimmer im Parterre ist prinzipiell OK, aber: Sehr wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Sanitärbereich, also fast nichts und wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten /Schrank im Wohnbereich.

Beautiful house, great location just 5 minutes off Camps Bay beach, fantastic breakfast and amazing staff. Big kitchen, clean house and a pool. We were lucky to have room 12, the biggest one in the house with an enclosed bathroom. Multiple room sizes available, some with bathrooms in the hallway. Stayed 3 weeks and had a fantastic time. Parking available on the street (safely).

Quarto muito bonito e limpo. Ótima localização a 10 minutos da praia de Camps Bay, onde tem ótimas opções de restaurantes. Muito seguro para caminhar. Ótimo buffet de café da manhã com tudo fresco e de excelente qualidade. Não tem recepção e a entrada é feita por meio de senha.

Excellent location

Excellent location within Camps bay, quiet and safe street, a short stroll to the beach and sea front shops. The property is modern and well designed, get for a base in Cape Town.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Super sicher gelegen. Frühstück war top. Personal extrem freundlich. Promenade von Camps Bay gut zu fuss zu erreichen. Zimmer sehr sauber.

Unser Zimmer war gut Zimmer 12, die ganze Unterkunft ist aber eher ein Hostel wo andere Zimmer ihre Duschen im Gang haben! Für den Preis aber OK. Der Pool war leider nicht benutzbar, weil er uns sehr dreckig vorkam! Wir würden es aber nicht nochmal buchen!

Whole stay was a Desaster. No personal available, only via WhatsApp. To bad if you don’t have. You have to sent selfies and pic of your passport. Then watch a video (which my browser refused to open as it seemed highly unsecure) Athen you have to download an app.To bad you don’t have a smartphone, dataset are not fluent in English. As I was close to sleep in my car! other guests managed to open another room as booked and I could spent the night. But not a chance for a morning run, as I still wasn’t having a key and not a chance to reenter. Definitely NOT GOING THERE AGAIN!!

If we’d been put in a superior room that we had paid and booked for it might have been a different story. When I contacted the office they replied technical error and sorry we’re fully booked now - how can we make your stay better. - NO REFUND GIVEN FOR THE DIFFERENCE. We ended up in a small room with only a rooftop window instead of a balcony room. Please be wary of booking as others have been similarly conned!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! We had a terrible experience in this "hotel". We have now been waiting for half a year for the promised refund and are being ignored. When we checked into our room, we noticed that the electricity did not work. We received another room for the night, but it was dirty (bed, floor, pool). But then the fun really began. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, there were many strangers (apparently invited by another guest) in the building. There are no staff members of the hotel there overnight, so we felt very unsafe. They held a big party in the building all night and used nitrous oxide and other drugs. The pictures speak for themselves... we were incredibly scared and were already writing via WhatsApp with an emergency contact. No one wanted to come over, allegedly the guest had been "spoken to". When the fire alarm suddenly went off, the party guests fled in panic, leaving behind an extreme amount of dirt and chaos. We were standing on the street at night, and the fire alarm was not turned off. Eventually, someone from the Tactical Respond Unit came by because they heard the fire alarm and saw us on the street. No one from the hotel came by the entire night. After the fire alarm was turned off (BY ANOTHER HOTEL GUEST) after more than an hour, we immediately booked a new hotel because we did not feel safe at all and no one wanted to help us. The 'manager' Pamela promised us a refund. Until today, despite multiple reminders: nothing. Terrible..
