This breathtaking 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom Eco-Cabin is situated just
outside the small seaside town of Rooi Els in the Western Cape.
Although situated more inland, you are only a few minutes away from the
City Centre and stunning beaches.
This self-catering eco pod offers all the features of a luxury resort
home with added features of solar power as well as backup batteries.
Some impressive features of this cabin include an indoor/outdoor Kol
Kol hot tub which is heated with a wood fire heater and a
hammock/netted style lounging area off the deck providing a unique
outdoor seating space to enjoy the picturesque ocean and mountain
views.
The open plan design of the cabin offers its guests a fully equipped
kitchen with a gas stove top and convection oven, a lounge area, a
dining area, and a cozy sitting area in front of an indoor fireplace
for those cold winter months. The outside deck boasts tranquility and
spectacular views with half of the deck being undercover you can enjoy
this space come rain or shine. This spectacular deck area offers a very
inviting hot tub, braai facilities, a floating netted seating area as
well as a table, seating four people. This is a two-bedroom,
one-bathroom cabin accommodating up to 4 guests with hotel-quality
linen and fresh towels provided. Air conditioning is also available to
guests during the hot summer months.
Baboons are frequent visitors while residing in the mountains. They
root around for food, so this needs to be in mind at all times, and the
necessary precautions need to be taken.
Sunday Check-Ins start at 16h00.
Baboons are a nuisance, and therefore all windows/doors need to be closed when the property is vacated. If they do enter while vacated, a portion of the breakage deposit will be taken.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Portion 135 of the Farm Hangklip 559, Rooi Els
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
