As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the airy feel of the space, featuring an open plan design. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay, with a dishwasher, tumble dryer, and washing machine included for added convenience. The counter is fitted with four barstools, creating an intimate sitting area.
The kitchen leads to the open-plan dining and lounge area. The dining area features a large wooden table with seating for up to eight people. The lounge is thoughtfully furnished with plush sofas and a mounted flatscreen television providing you with DStv and Netflix. Guests will also have access to the internet throughout the property. Sliding doors open to the balcony, boasting spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining set with seating for four as well as a Weber braai, the perfect space for entertaining.
The property includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other bedroom features a king-size bed and a shared bathroom. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, double basins with vanity, and a toilet, while the shared bathroom features a washbasin with vanity, a shower, and a toilet. Linen and towels are provided with your stay.

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Beach Estate Blvd, Big Bay, Cape Town.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
