This gorgeous modern apartment is located in the sunny suburb of
Bloubergstrand in Cape Town. With high A-line ceilings and neutral
tones with pops of colour, this apartment boasts spectacular views of
the ocean and the iconic Table Mountain. Being situated along Blouberg
beach, where you can walk directly onto the beach from the hotel, your
holiday is bound to include endless days soaking up the sun and
enjoying ocean swims.
The layout of this apartment creates an intimate setting for guests.
The fully equipped kitchen looks onto a cozy lounge area with one side
of the kitchen counter serving as a dining area. The lounge leads you
onto a quaint balcony area where you can enjoy the outdoor braai
facilities and breathtaking views.
The bedroom offers you a comfy queen size bed and a large window
allowing you to enjoy the beautiful ocean views from your bedroom. The
en-suite bathroom includes a basin, toilet and shower/bath combo. All
linen and towels are provided for guests.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Dolphin Beach, 1 Marine Drive, Bloubergstrand
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
