Check in and general security attitude towards guests. Lack of communication around check in procedues Squeaky bed Shower - mould Toilet seat broken No water pressure No hot water at sink Annoying alarm eye flickering green and illuminating the room Static / noise / interference from telephone area No extraction in bathroom / fan not working Shower drain not in good condition Parking bay extremely tight for large vehicles Proximity to highway generates a lot of noise as there is no real sound isolation or protection.
