This was a great little getaway. The property was very well maintained and clean. Most of the cabins are far enough from the road and made it a peaceful place to stay. The only issue we had was there were a few "soft spots" in the floor that needed some attention but besides that one little issue, this was a great place to call "home" for a few nights.

The cottages weren't overly big, but they were clean and had everything we needed. The owners and staff were friendly and attentive.I would definitely stay there again.

The website stated the cabins had been updated. Cabin 6 did not appear to be updated. The interior of the cabin was clean. The bed was extremely hard and not comfortable. The windows were very dirty as were the screens. I did not consider opening the windows for this reason. The air conditioning was satisfactory in terms of cooling but it was very noisy. The front door had holes in the screens so we couldn’t keep the inside door open…this was disappointing since it was a hot summer weekend. It would have been helpful to have a channel guide for the TV for out of state guests. The outside of the cabin was peeling and run down. There was a table and 2 small chairs which I sat on for a while but the peeling paint and dirty windows were quite unappealing. The continental breakfast was fresh and tasty. The owner was pleasant and inviting. The pool looked nice but there were only 3 chairs just outside the pool. We were disappointed but tried to make the best of our stay. I don’t consider myself a hard to please customer but for $250 per night it did not meet our expectations.
