The pictures and description is very accurate. The place was even better in person. Ryan was easily reachable for any questions or concerns during our stay. We spent most of the time fishing, swimming and enjoying meals on the lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked for any of your cooking needs. We had originally had a couple of day trips planned but we never felt the need to leave once we arrived.

Wonderful, quiet property was clean, has everything you need to enjoy your visit. Even for the beach. Greatly appreciated that and the ability to have pets. We have an amazing Aussie and it’s very welcoming to bring him along. Welcome book with everything listed. Places to go places to eat things to do. All a wonderful added.

Another great stay at Villa Santa Rosa. This was our 5th time staying and it never disappoints. Ryan is a great host and communicator, couldn't ask for any better. Adam and Talisa are quick to answer, whenever contacted, they are an awesome team. We will be back again!

Top notch host

Property is exactly as described. We did have an issue with the AC and Ryan was immediately on top of it and made accommodations for us making our trip stress free and memorable. Thank you so much Ryan, you are an exceptional host!

Family Vacation

Beautiful home, thoughtfully decorated and well appointed. The kids loved fishing off the dock. We watched gorgeous sunsets from the pool. Ryan is a great communicator and excellent host. We loved staying here. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean.

Wonderful!!!!

We loved everything about this property! From the booking process, to the checkout. The listing was very detailed and literally had everything and more listed in the description! House was great. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need if you plan to cook in. Very quiet and laid back which we loved. Highlight of the stay was renting the tritoon. We had 3 great days of exploring Sanibel, Captiva Island, and Cabbage Key. We even had dolphins swim up to the tritoon! Great time. Host and Management Team were very responsive.

Amazing Place!

What a wonderful time! Had great food,fun,and a great stay. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The pool was awesome and our son never wanted to leave it. The new dock was very nice and caught lots of fish off of it. We ate well at all the surrounding restaurants. Lived beach life at Fort Meyers, Sanibel island.Went to a fun Waterpark not far away. And we cannot wait to go back! Scouted many places for next time.

Fabulous home

We loved it so much last year, we came back again this year for a month. House and location are fantastic. Owner and the property manager are both highly responsive. Highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Beautiful!

Beautiful home! The owners thought of everything! And when they say heated pool, they really mean it! We were there in January so that really mattered to us and we were able to enjoy the water and the house!

What a wonderful time we had! Check-in and communication with Ryan was smooth and effortless. The condition and cleanliness of the property are top-notch and has everything you need. Hard to leave!

Nice location, clean, fun little house. Pool was nice. We had a little trouble checking in, but that was probably more because my wife and I were on separate flights because of work. We would for sure stay there again. One thing is we used tap water for the coffee, I would not recommend that. Go get some water from the grocery store. The water in that city smells terrible.

Great intro to Cape Coral

Calm and peaceful - on canal and dead end street. All needs were met. The gals loved the pool. House well stocked. Great kitchen gear. Would return without hesitation. Straight forward host and managers.

Excellent Accommodations

Our stay at Santa Rosa Villa was absolutely perfect! The house was impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. Ryan was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had, and the location was ideal for exploring Cape Coral, Naples, Sanibel and Fort Myers. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!"

Great week in Cape Coral

We spent a week in Ryan's house and we had a great time there. The house is really nice with everything you will need, we felt right at home. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms with king size bed, which are hard to find. We also used the bikes. The heating pool was amazing especially since we arrived the day of the tropical storm (Debby). Ryan was a great host, always available to answer us. I definitely recommand staying there!

Super Haus!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man merkt bei der gesamten Ausstattung des Hauses, dass der Besitzer Wert auf Qualität legt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Bäder waren top und sauber, die Küche super ausgestattet und der Pool lädt einfach zum entspannen ein. Der Kühlschrank ist riesig und die Eiswürfel werden aus gefiltertem Wasser gemacht. Die Zentralklimaanlage ist super und schön leise. In den Betten haben wir super geschlafen. Absolute Empfehlung!!
