All bookings will be given a $10 nightly electricity usage allowance. An electric meter reading will be conducted at check-in and out. If a guest has used less than $10 of electricity per day, no additional payment will be required; however, if the $10 nightly allowance total is exceeded, our management team will contact you for the additional charge. The guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance, which will be calculated at $0.16 per kilowatt of electricity usage.



Please note: We provide a starter package of essentials, including detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed throughout their stay.
