Villa Azure

This stunning new construction Villa with Heated Pool is the paradise destination guests have been searching for! Villa Azure will leave guests basking in the beautiful Florida sunshine! With a heated pool and sleeping capabilities for 8, guests will be living in the lap of luxury during their vacation. This 4 bedroom – 3 bathroom villa boasts just under 2,400 sq ft to give guests the much needed Southwest Florida vacation they deserve!

Upon entry into this Villa, guests will feel immersed into another world. In the living room guests will find modern décor, a large Smart TV, huge sectional, and shuffleboard. In the luxury kitchen, guests will find all they need to cook their favorite meals including stainless steel appliances and kitchen essentials. In the 4 bedrooms guests will find a King size bed, 2 Queen beds, and 2 single beds. Many bedrooms feature flat screen TVs. In the master bathroom guests will find lots of space, a large walk-in shower, two separate sink areas, and a water closet.
Outside guests will fall in love with their private oasis. The heated pool and spa is perfect for swimming laps, floating around, or playing games. Lots of outdoor furniture gives guests plenty of options of where to soak up the Florida sun.

This spectacular home is in Southwest Cape Coral and just minutes from local shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Villa Azure will have guests wishing they planned a longer stay!

*Pets are not allowed in this home.
Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Smoking is not allowed on the property.

Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. . There wasn’t any propane for the grill so that was a bit disappointing.

Three couples stayed and found it very relaxing. Pool and hot tub were perfect…found it was better to heat the pool first - once we figured out how to use the app for it! The negatives were primarily in the lack of towels….there was only one hair dryer, no washcloths in two of the bathrooms (or hand towels), lack of kitchen towels, and the only dresser is in the master suite. A crock pot would be helpful too. All other amenities were good. Plenty of kitchen utensils. They excelled in communication! We would recommend this home and would stay again.

The property came mostly as advertised. The sunrise and sunsets were great to see from the pool area along the canal and provided a daily treat. There was plenty of space with a cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time in this villa. Our contact person was accessible at all times and was quick to attend some minor issues. All communication was very clear. Our month long stay was great. Our only surprise was the size of the pool. It was adequate but the pictures we saw of the pool ahead of time led us to believe it was larger. Nonetheless, the pool and the hot tub were so enjoyable and relaxing. We definitely recommend and would use again.

Maybe the owners are new at this, but for the money it was not well appointed. It could accommodate 8 people, but only 3 washcloths; as an example. No cleaning supplies, we shouldn’t have go buy everything to keep it clean. It took 5 days to get washer working. Poor communication from property manager.

The property itself exceeds expectations. Clean, comfortable and gorgeous. At times, noise from the surrounding roads was noticeable, but far from distracting. Would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to friends or family.
