Villa Seascape is located in the southwest of Cape Coral, on a wide canal. As soon as you enter the house, you are greeted by a typical Florida atmosphere. The living area impresses with its open floor plan. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a big flat-screen TV. Large sliding doors open up to the terrace, filling the area with plenty of natural light. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare anything from a quick snack to a gourmet dinner. The dining area offers a stunning view of your private tropical paradise with a sparkling pool and spa (both electrically heated).

Villa Seascape offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
Master Suite 1: with king-size bed, TV, and direct access to the terrace, a bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a separate room with toilet and bidet.
Master Suite 2: with king-size bed, TV, and direct access to the terrace, bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet.
Bedrooms 3 and 4: Each equipped with a queen-size bed.
In between is the 3rd bathroom with sink, shower-tub combination, and toilet.
