Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den See.

Buchung, Kommunikation vor Ort und einchecken, waren problemlos und einfach. Ein wunderschönes, sauberes Haus, in bester Lage, ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Sehr gute Betten für einen ruhigen Schlaf. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Und dann, immer dieser wundervolle Ausblick auf den See. Einfach traumhaft! Ein kleines Manko: Der Pool war uns zu warm. Aber das emfindet ja jeder anders. Zentral gelegen, ruhige Nachbarn, kein Lärm. Was will man mehr? Wir waren vollauf zufrieden und können diese Juwel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful!

Das Haus ist toll. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Sonnenaufgang am See war traumhaft. Der Pool wurde täglich mehrfach benutzt. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Neben den angegebenen Dingen gab es auch: 2 Angeln 2 Fahrräder Golfschläger Taschenlampen Strandspielzeug Strandstühle Eine Kühlbox Leider ist der Kontakt zur Agentur schwierig und war nur über Handy möglich. Rückmeldung bekam man in der Regel nicht.

Wonderful Lakefront Home

This is a wonderful home with many amenities. We spent two weeks there with 4 adults and a small child and had plenty of room. The home is 10 min. away from a Publix and other shopping. We spent most of our time on the lanai that faces a small lake connected by a canal. The pool is heated and was very relaxing. The property was very clean and everything was in working order. The outside was neat and well-maintained. It was great to have access to the garage to park the car and unload our beach gear. The property has many amenities that aren't listed on Vrbo. The kitchen had a coffee maker and a Keurig machine. Paper towel, toilet paper, tissue, napkins, dish soap, laundry detergent were all included. There were several beach chairs and other items in the garage and even a vacuum cleaner to clean the sand out of the car! Although we didn't use them, there were 2 women's bikes available for use. Initially, the property manager answered my questions via email fairly quickly. I had to request a contract as none was provided. I've rented many times through Vrbo and have always had check-in information provided to me 24-hours prior to my arrival. I requested check-in instructions via email and left a voicemail message for the property manager but didn't receive a response. At 9:30 a.m. on the day of our check-in, I called Vrbo and they were able to connect with the property manager and I finally received the door code. The owner left his contact information in the house and he was very responsive if I had a question or concern. This was the best property that we've rented so far in Cape Coral.

Excellent house, superb lake view

The house was excellent. I am renting for 15 years in Cape Coral. This house is in the top of the list even though its a bit older it is great. Very good floorplan, big lanai , heated pool and the lake view is great. House was excellent equipped with everything you need. Beach chairs,umbrella,cool box etc available.

Contacting the owner.

I emailed what I thought was the owner many times without answer. It was not until the evening before we were to check in that we were not communicating the owner. I have no idea who we were taking with.
