The Space:

Enjoy the best of waterfront living with a private heated saltwater pool reaching six feet deep, a furnished lanai, and an enclosed backyard where your dog can enjoy the fresh air. Fire up the grill for an outdoor meal, relax poolside, or watch boats pass along the canal.



Boating and fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the private dock, which is available for fishing, along with moorage for guests bringing their own boat. Direct boating access makes it easy to explore the surrounding waterways, including routes toward the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. Please note that the boat lift is not available for guest use.



Inside, the bright, comfortable home offers a full kitchen with full-size appliances and cooking essentials for preparing meals at home. After a day on the water or by the pool, cool off indoors and unwind in the relaxed living space.



Fishing poles and beach towels are provided to help you make the most of your stay, and the private washer and dryer make it easy to refresh swimsuits and towels between adventures. With dog-friendly accommodations, your four-legged companion can join in the fun, too.

Pool Heating Terms & Conditions



Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request pool heat.



The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. Pool heating is weather-dependent, and a specific pool temperature, including 85°F, is not guaranteed.



When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain a comfortable swimming temperature.



Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. Pool heating fees apply once the service is requested, regardless of weather conditions or the temperature the pool ultimately reaches.

We strongly recommend checking the Cape Coral weather forecast shortly before your stay before deciding whether to purchase pool heat. Although Southwest Florida is generally warm, cold fronts can bring significantly lower temperatures, especially from December through February, reducing the heater's effectiveness.



Please understand that adding pool heat does not guarantee a particular water temperature. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge that pool heating performance depends on weather conditions and that the pool may not reach or maintain the desired temperature during cooler periods.
