It is a great place to stay. Close to everything we are down there to do. The restaurants are great as well as the shopping. The beach is 20 minutes away. The swfl people are wonderful and great at sharing great places to try

Great property

We had a great 2 week stay at this property. All amenities you need, very clean, comfortable beds & furniture. Perfect location, close to everything. Highly recommended & we will definitely grab this one again! Ken

Disappointed

Our biggest complaint is the pool. We were told it was dirty bc the previous renters left a note saying it was filthy and they were not aware. We arrived Sunday it was not cleaned until Tuesday and even after that still very dirty. Dwayne came and also was surprised at how it looked he did do several things to try and help but in the end it was still dirty. He did say he would be back on Wednesday but he did not come back. No one ever checked again to see how it was. My husband spent hours and I mean hours trying to clean the pool so we felt comfortable swimming. The skimmers seem to not work properly. We ended up at the beach more days bc we could not use the pool. And being told “it won’t hurt you, you can swim in it” is not a solution when you pay for a house with a pool for your weeks vacation!! Also whoever is being paid to do the up keep is not doing their job. Weeds were growing inside the lanai green foam ripped off a pool noodle laying around. We wanted to come back next year with our family bc the house itself is so nice but will not do to the pool situation.
