For your convenience this rental provides high speed WIFI, cable TV, Amazon Fire stick, two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a beach cart/trolley to take with you to the beach! Note, there is no washer and dryer inside of the unit, however the complex offers a shared laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. Also note that this is a smaller 1 bedroom, at 433 SF, but it is very well laid out and offers all of the conveniences of home!
