Lovely surroundings and amazing pool
We had a lovely stay here, the house is big and well equipped. It’s located on the outskirts of the village which was only a 15/20minute walk away. The village has nice shops, bars etc. There are plenty of areas to sit out in the sun and you can get in the sun all day if you wanted. The outdoor kitchen/pool area is second to non!
The only downside to the house that I feel let it down was its cleanliness/ maintenance of the house. The travel cot and high chair were stored in the basement and needed a good wipe over before use as it looked like it had been in there a while. The first couple of nights we were getting bitten only at bed time and decided to wash the bedsheets on a hot wash and we gave the bed and bedroom a good clean and didn’t have a bad night after that.
We paid 25€ each for linen & towels (1 bath & 1 hand towel each & a wash mitt). All were in poor condition. Towels were old & stained, bed linen was bobbled & low quality.
It's a lovely house let down by poor cleanliness - kitchen cupboards & drawers, mouldy shower tray/door and sofa.
