The 140m2 vacation villa "Finca Soliva" is located in Capdepera, a maritime town in northeastern Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The villa consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The villa features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), flat-screen satellite television, a DVD player, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).

Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from their balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in the open and closed terraces, all for private use. The outdoor area features a pool and a grill, also for private use. Share a homemade meal on your terrace while enjoying fantastic views of the Castle of Capdepera.

The natural stone villa with traditional wood beam ceilings is set in the island's enchanting rural Mediterranean countryside surrounded by beautiful mountains. The villa is just a 5 to 10 minute (2 to 5 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues in the fishing port of Cala Ratjada and downtown Capdepera. The villa is just a little over 10 minutes (10 km) by car from the beautiful Cala Agulla and Platja de Canyamel beaches. Golfers enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic seaside Canyamel Golf and Club de Golf de Son Servera course 10 to 20 minutes (5 to 15 km) from the villa. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Puig de S'Aguila and Cala Provencal hiking areas just 10 to 15 minutes (5 to 20 km) by car from the villa. The Capdepera area currently has 11 cycling routes that wind through the stunning coastal and mountain countryside. The Palma de Mallorca Airport is about a 1 hour (75 km) drive from the villa.
