The charming holiday home Can Teresa is centrally located in the village of Capdepera and consists of a living room, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an extra toilet as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Spread across three floors and with wooden beamed ceilings, this home guarantees an authentic mallorcan holiday experience. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television and a washing machine. There is a private pool in the courtyard, separated by a gate for the safety of small children. The private open terrace is the perfect place to relax in the evening with a refreshing drink. Take some time to explore the historical village of Capdepera. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of all the essentials. There is a restaurant directly opposite the house, and the nearest supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away (160 m). A larger selection of restaurants and shops can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. A range of beaches can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car, including the stunning Cala Agulla, just a 7-minute drive away (4 km). Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are a 1 hour drive away (75.2 km).

Sehr schöne gemütliche Finca

Sehr schöne gemütliche Finca mit allen drum uns dran. Schöner gemütlicher Poolbereich. Zimmer ausreichend groß.

Grosses Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren zu sechst dort, sodass jeder sein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Der Fussweg nach Cala Ratjada kann sich ziemlich ziehen, wir sind schnell aufs Taxi umgestiegen (10€ pro Strecke), was sich für den Preis definitiv gelohnt hat. Ansonsten sind auch fussläufig Supermärkte und Restaurants in Capdepera erreichbar. Positiv: Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Klimagerät, grosszügige Bereitstellung an Handtüchern, ausreichende Küchen-Ausstattung (ausser Geschirrhandtücher) und gemütlicher Aussenbereich. Check-In ging durch Schlüsselbox unkompliziert, insgesamt 4 Schlüssel vorhanden. Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters war ebenfalls schnell und unproblematisch. Negativ: Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, insbesondere die Böden, die Trinkgläser und der Boden im Pool hätten besser gereinigt werden können. Auch bröckelt in einigen Zimmern der Putz von der Decke. 2-3x sind auch die Sicherungen rausgeknallt. Diese konnten aber schnell wieder reingedrückt werden.
