Entrance hall - Main room: living room/lounge (approx. 24m2) opening onto a large terrace (11m2) with table and chairs. Kitchen 9m2 approx. fitted and equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, also opening onto the terrace.
Entrance hall (6m2) leading to the sleeping area overlooking the south-east rear of the residence.
Bedroom 1 (10m2 approx. with wardrobe): 1 x 160 cm bed.
Bedroom 2 (8.75 m2 approx wardrobe): 1 double bed.
Bathroom (2x 216 m2): washbasin, bath and washing machine. Separate WC.
Private underground parking. Pets not allowed.

Flat ideally located close to Capbreton's central beaches, casino, port and restaurants. Holidays on foot. Hossegor is accessible by cycle paths. Underground parking is very popular in the area. The property can be rented at any time of year (a heating charge will be added). In the low season, other arrival days are possible (please contact us). Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
