"The hotel was ok, the rooms were small but well planned out, we stayed for 5 nights and felt comfortable. We had an issue upon arrival, we called few days before arrival and asked for early check to be guaranteed with extra pay of course, but once we arrived there was no notes on the reservation. The hotel staff checking us in was not nice about it at all, from his attitude it felt like he thinks we were lying about it. Luckily the girl with spoke on the phone prior to arrival was were and confirmed we called in advance, after manager intervened we were able to check in before 1pm after our long flight from Canada."

"Très bel hôtel et propre. Ils ont des casiers verrouillés pour laisser les bagages si on arrive trop tôt pour l’enregistrement. De plus, il est situé très près du métro et du train. L’hôtel devrait ajouter une poubelle à l’extérieur de l’entrée, car nous avons vu plusieurs débris juste devant l’entrée."

"We enjoyed our stay there. Surprisingly quiet and more modern than expected. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful particularly Nara and Filipo. Had some issues getting housekeeping to refresh supplies. Would be nice to have ice maker on the floor but front desk was very kind to provide. Location is great as it is right in the heart of downtown and walkable to the beach, local churches, and countless dining. I would gladly stay there again."
