Tuscan Paradise

During a whirlwind tour through Europe, Scassatini was the highlight! Breathtakingly beautiful views, extremely well appointed accommodations, and the most gracious hosts we encountered in all of our travels. We hated to leave, but alas, we plan to return whenever we can. Gitta and Hardy made our whole vacation!!!❤️❤️❤️

A lovely house in beautiful surroundings

A house for two with a fantastic pool. Beautiful view on the hills around Lucca. We felt very welcome, even though the owners weren't present. The kitchen is wel equipped, so cooking is a pleasure. A tasty pasta with some herbs from the garden was delightful. And the possibility to use the grill is nice, that way you can easily prepare some great (local) meat. Many places are easy to visit, e.g. Lucca.

It was exactly as described in the listing + more!!!

Room was very Tuscan! The bed was very comfortable and room was so cozy. It came with a fully equipped kitchen and shower room with plentiful closet space. We had our own privacy from the side entrance separating the main house from guest house. Parking was easy and the roads were beautiful with scenic drives coming and going from the property. The hosts Gitta and Hardy were beyond wonderful in every way. We were running late the day of arrival and they communicated with us following up on our status hoping we were finding the place ok with detailed instructions of where to find the home and what to do once we parked. They greeted us upon arrival and hosted us the next morning with coffee and great conversation. They shared favorite local spots to eat and visit, as well as good areas to look for properties to purchase, as we were in Italy for the first time searching for homes in Tuscany. We felt so welcome!! Our last evening there we had wine together and they gifted some of their olive oil from their land to my mother to bring home as a gift. We had coffee the next morning before we left and are looking forward to visiting again soon!! I have to say this property exceeded our expectations. It was a dream! We hope to come back and stay during warmer seasons to utilize they’re gorgeous pool and local wine tasting from the neighbors vineyard. I feel as though we have gained some new friends whom are close to our hearts now. Do not hestitate to rent this property. It was worth every penny!

Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Den Grill haben wir mehrfach benutzt und wir konnten uns im Garten bedienen. Gitta und Hardy haben uns mit ihren Tipps so mach kleine Sehenswürdigkeit in der Nähe beraten.Kurzum : Es war ein schöner Urlaub

Ja, was soll man schreiben, wenn einem vor Begeisterung die Worte fehlen? Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, Geschirr und Handtücher sind mehr als genug vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage war bei 35 Grad Gold wert, der Privatpool stand unter Dauerbenutzung. Unseren Gastgebern Gitta und Hardy würden wir gerne 10 Sterne geben und selbst die würden nicht reichen. Durch sie durften wir die Toskana ausserhalb der üblichen Touristengebiete kennenlernen. Wir bedanken uns soooo sehr dafür und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüße aus der Pfalz!

Traumhafte Toskana

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Toskana verbracht und sind begeistert von unseren Gastgebern Gitta und Hardy, der tollen Ferienwohnung, einem beheizten Pool, der auch Mitte Oktober zum schwimmen einlädt. Das gesamte Ambiente des Anwesens hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Gesuchte Erholung gefunden!

Gehofft hatten wir, dass es wenigstens halb so schön wird, wie auf den Fotos. Erlebt haben wir, dass die Wirklichkeit die Fotos noch getoppt hat! Die Casa Scassatina war der Ort unseres wunderschönen Urlaubs mit viel Ruhe und Erholung. Bei 14 Tagen am Stück Temperaturen um die 33 Grad waren der Pool, der leichte Wind und die Klimaanlage Gold wert. Liebe Gitta und lieber Hardy: Herzlichen Dank, dass ihr diesen wunderbaren Ort mit uns geteilt habt. Ihr wart klasse. Liebe Grüße auch an Flavio und Joana und an Wanda. Bis bald!

Toskana feeling pur....

Als hätte Gott selbst diese Berge gemalt. Wer nach Serpentinen-Geschlängel wieder geradeaus gucken kann und das richtige Haus dann auch findet, findet für Städter nie für möglich gehaltene Entspannung samt grill- und gesprächsfreudigen Gastgebern. Sehr sauber, familiär, ehrlich und alles da, was es braucht. Wir kommen unbedingt gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne & unvergessliche Zeit die wir dort verbringen durften.

Een supermooi vakantieoord

Ons verblijf in Tofori starte met een gevoel van ongeloof. Zo'n mooi decor, supermooi zwembad met uitzicht en een gezellig huisje voor twee. We waren aangenaam verast. Het verblijft heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een geslaagd verlof. De zeer aangename gastvrouw en gastheer hebben ons nog wat goede tips bezorgd. Zowel mooie dorpjes aangeduid, als lekkere restaurantjes toegespeeld. De laatste avond van ons veertiendaags verblijf werd afgesloten met een etentje samen met Gitta en Hardy. Een zeer aangenaam sluitstuk van een supervakantie. Dirk en Nadine samen met onze hond Marcel.

Wundervoller Ort

Das Haus liegt an einem wundervollen Platz. Es ist abgelegen ruhig und dennoch mittendrin in der toskanischen Natur. Ein herrlicher Ausblick in die Landschaft. Haus und Grundstück sind mit sehr viel Sinn für das Detail gestaltet. Zugang zu einem tollen Pool, Liegestühle, Sitzgelegenheiten und Tische überall, wo man sie braucht. Das Apartment ist klein, aber hervorragend beschaffen und ausgestattet. Auch hier erkennt man viel Liebe zum Detail. Zur Begrüßung stand auf dem Küchentisch ein sehr leckerer (von der Gastgeberin selbst gemachter) Limoncello, sowie fantastisches Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau. Sehr angenehm war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Restaurants gibt es im Umfeld einige. Es ist aber sinnvoll, die Besuche vorzubereiten. Auswahl, Reservierung und Anfahrt (fußläufig ist kaum eins zu erreichen) sollten geplant werden. Allerdings war jedes Restaurant, das wir besucht haben, großartig. Die Gastgeber waren zeitweise auch auf dem Grundstück anwesend. Sie waren sehr herzlich und fürsorglich - und gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend. Ein tolles Miteinander. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wieder dort hinkommen.

Großartiges Objekt - Toskana pur

Wir können das Apartment absolut weiterempfehlen, das gesamte Objekt wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail saniert und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der weite Blick über die Hügel der Toskana, die schöne Terrasse und der fantastische Pool haben uns begeistert. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzliche und wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt und sehr schöne Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung gemacht. Vielen Dank!

Urlaub im Paradies

Der Urlaub bei Gitta und Hardy war wunderschön. Das Apartement hat alles was man braucht und die kleine Terrasse mit Blick in die weite Landschaft ist wunderbar. Der Pool mit den Olivenhainen im Hintergrund ist traumhaft. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Lucca, Pisa und am Meer. Auch Florenz ist super zu erreichen. Gitta und Hardy sind sehr herzlich. Sie haben uns gute Tips für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben und wir haben uns sehr gerne mit den Beiden bei einem Kaffee unterhalten. Trotzdem geben sie einem Raum für sich. Insgesamt war es eine perfekte Woche in der Toskana, in einer Unterkunft, die wir jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen können.

Paradijselijke omgeving met panorama uitzicht

We hebben ultiem genoten van ons verblijf. De eigenaren waren zelf op vakantie maar zorgden ervoor dat we eenvoudig zelf toegang tot het appartement konden krijgen. Het appartement is ruimer en romantischer dan we hadden verwacht en geeft veel privacy. Je komt er helemaal tot rust! Het huis is van alle gemaken voorzien. Je kan er fijn koken en alles is voor handen en zijn zelfs al wat basis voorzieningen! We zouden het aan iedereen van harte aanbevelen! Bedankt Brigitte voor een heerlijke week

Leben wie in ein Paradies

Wenn Sie mit 2 auf Urlaub gehen wollen...stop mit suchen, es ist hier den Himmel auf die Erde. So eine wunderschöne Lage werden Sie in diese Umgebung nicht finden. Die Fotos sind genau und sehr schon, aber mit deine eigene Augen is alles noch tausend mahl schöner. Alles was du brauchst ist im Appartment vorhanden, und wenn nicht kannst du immer fragen. Das Schwimbad ist ein Traum, das Wasser war immer rundum 31°C. Mann kann es den ganzen Tag benutzen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Und die Gitta kann singen... Wir waren eingeladen zum Diner beendet mit eine wunderschönes Konzert. Wir haben hier unser Herz verloren und kommen sicher mahl wieder.
