The staff here is amazing, the only reason i always come back to the place. They are very welcoming and friendly and also very helpful. The only thing is the Ac that is only available from 9pm to 2am in the morning when it’s extremely hot .

The room was super clean and the place itself is nice. The one complaint is no air until late and then it was on for only a few hours. Also, if you don't speak Kreyol you're definitely in trouble lol but the hotel is very nice and comfortable.

Room only superficially clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. Air conditioning only available from 10pm to 2am - and it was hot. Restaurant closed before 7pm. Loud music next door until midnight. My wife and I found the experience terrible.

AC is turned on each evening for several hours, making sleep more than comfortable! The staff here are simply incredible. I was meant to stay all of 2 nights when I arrived. Travel challenges changed, and 10 days later I am still here and comfortable - treated like family and cared for by everyone working here. It's clean, comfortable, and located in a really good area for walking around and exploring. Highly recommend this hotel! They are hospitality, defined.

Very disappointing hotel. The rooms are extremely hot and the air conditioning only works from 9 PM to 2 AM. For a price of 124 USD per night, this is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment.
