"The room was basic, clean with a fridge and microwave. Good if one needs one quiet night's sleep before heading out on the road the next morning. It would have been nice to have better lighting and quieter air conditioning. One needs to use stairs on the outside of the building to get to the second level -- just FYI if one needs an elevator."

"I stayed here with my dog, we were put in a room directly next to the pool/lobby entrance and it was unfortunately very loud. There are odd windows in the room that look out onto the lobby, they have weird window coverings that are not completely blackout or covered, so i did not feel comfortable while trying to sleep here alone as a female. I had to sign the pet agreement, which is completely understandable. When I asked to clarify a few of the “requirements” I was met with staff being incredibly rude and dismissive and at one point a staff member told me “it’s not that deep. Just sign it”. I was clarifying the rule “we will not follow a do not disturb sign when you have a pet. We can access your room whenever we want”, I asked if they would ask for permission prior to? Or why this was needed. The front desk worker was not able to answer that question. The other thing I tried to clarify was- “pets are not allowed on the furniture” I asked if that included the bed, because that is why I booked a pet friendly room, the worker was not sure, and couldn’t clarify what this meant. Another staff member came up to the desk and she repeatedly rolled her eyes at me when I was asking these questions, then proceeded to make the comment about it “not being that deep”. I stated that the $100 fine feels deep to me, and I am just asking for clarification. They could not provide me any. The girls that helped me in the morning were lovely though. I wouldn’t stay here again. Expensive."

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself was in just as bad of shape as the room. Everything felt worn out, dirty, and poorly cared for. We had booked this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable place to stay, but what we found was completely different. The condition of the property was so bad that we did not feel comfortable spending even a single night there. We ended up cancelling our stay and paying for another hotel because there was no way we were going to sleep in those conditions. I am not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, but people deserve to know what they are paying for. Basic cleanliness should be the minimum standard for any hotel, and this property failed miserably. It was shocking that rooms in this condition were being rented out to guests. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and wasted money and book somewhere else."

"Hotel is under alot of construction at current time. We have stayed there many times and understand the need for updates and maintenance but it would have been nice to know in advance or perhaps reduction of rates during the Reno. I'm sure that the hotel will look amazing when we return next year. Staff is always amazing and rooms are always clean. Thanks for a great weekend!"
