「we stayed here for 9 nights here in early October for a wedding and family visit. We loved it. Walking distance to the original Trader Joes and numerous restaurants. Old Town Pasedena is a 5 minute drive away. The rental was spotless. Loved the welcome basket. When we visit Pasadena again, would stay here in a heartbeat.」

「This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. 」

「I came to California for a long weekend to visit my new granddaughter. I wanted a location that was close to my sons's house. My plan was simply to sleep at the VRBO since most of our time was going to be spent at my son's house. This location was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The host had excellent communication with us. Everything worked out perfectly.」

「The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

「We loved this place. It is a quiet, comfortable, secure place to stay in Burbank. The balcony is a big plus, too. I definitely recommend staying if you're in the area!」

「First off, the property is gated. I really love the extra security and privacy it offered to me and my family. Secondly, the spa, bonfire was a huge hit! My dog especially felt comfortable, being able to roam around as needed to stretch her legs out. Overall, I was impressed with the stay and plan to stay again in the near future. 」

「This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! 」

"このホテルは最高です。立地を除けば……周りに何も無く、ここのホテルに行く手段もあまりないと思います。私たちはUVERを利用しました。近くにバス停があるので、バスを乗りこなせれば便利かもしれません。チェックインの時間よりもだいぶ早く着いてしまいました。10時頃かな。それなのにも関わらず、部屋の準備は出来てます！と、部屋に入れてくれ、尚且つ、朝ごはんまで無料で食べさせてもらいました！心遣いが素晴らしい‼️とても清潔で高級感溢れるホテルで、部屋も、私の家ぐらい広く大満足です。また泊まりたいです。スタッフの方々も、みな素晴らしい方々‼️感謝です！また、ホテルから2マイルいないの場所には無料で車で送るというサービスもありました。距離は短いですが、利用できたらとても便利だと思います！！シャワーが、2つあり、とても広く、家族なら2人同時に入れます。朝ごはんは、メロン、スイカ、バナナ、リンゴ、デニッシュや食パン、スモークサーモン、チーズ各種、ヨーグルト、シリアル、キッシュ、ポテト、トマト、きゅうりなどが食べ放題。追加でアサイーボウルを頼みました。とっても美味しいです。紅茶やコーヒーも無料。紅茶にはちみつを追加すると、ちゃんと瓶に入ったはちみつをくれます。とにかく最高‼️今まで泊まったホテルの中で1番‼️"

"ホテルはとても綺麗で部屋も良かったです。ルームキーが可愛く持ち帰りました。ただ1人のスタッフ（スパニッシュ）か無愛想すぎて、少し不快になりましたが、それ以外のスタッフはとても良かったです。近所は決して安全な場所ではありません。歩いてどこかに行くところももちろんなく私たちはレンタカーをしてたので良かったのですか、車がないと少し大変な気がします"
