"The outside of the hotel was very dark. We got there late, but there were not enough lights to find our way around safely. The first room the desk attended gave us had NO SHEETS ON THE BEDS. Bare mattresses. The bed linens were piled up in a corner. So we went back to get a different room. The second room looked ok at first (for a Rodeway) but when I tried to wash my hands, there was no water coming from the sink faucet. The toilet and the tub worked, but not the sink. It being nearly midnight,...

"Staff was friendly and allowed us access to breakfast area for microwave. The room was clean but poorly equipped. There was no refrigerator, microwave was broken, and shower area needed updated."
