-We look forward to hosting you. We’ve taken a great of pride in our vacation rental and are happy to share it with you. The following are house expectations and things to expect.
-Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on site.
-Trash needs to be placed in a trash receptacle
-All dirty dishes need to be placed in the dishwasher at the end of your stay and the dishwasher needs to start before you check out
-All used towels need to be placed in the laundry basket in the laundry room
-All used beds need to be stripped, sheets need to be placed in the laundry basket in the laundry room
-We want you to enjoy your visit, however, parties and large gatherings are not permitted on site
-Refrigerator and pantry needs to be emptied when you check out
-Toys need to be placed back into the toy basket when you check out
-If the grill is used, please cover and unhook propane after use
-Property has 3 outdoor cameras covering entrances and 1 in the garage
-If it snows, we will need to access the garage to get snow shovels, and snowmelt
