Family friendly stay in Canoe Cove

We had a fantastic time at the cottage, it was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The walk to the beach was short, the view was spectacular, and it was close to many of the sights and amenities.

The Perfect Spot

This cottage was amazing. It was centrally located and we used it as our starting point for each day's excursion. Monica and Carl met us at the cottage on day 1 and left us great recommendations for places to eat and stay. It was clean, beds were very comfortable and even came with a washer and dryer. Would highly recommend Little Eden for visiting PEI.

Little Eden, Big on Eden

A return visit to Liitle Eden in Canoe Cove and again another wonderful visit. The cottage is exactly as advertised in both pictures and in description. The cottage is a very short walk down the quiet lane to the water and is a lovely area to have a coffee, or walk along the beach especially when tide is out. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at Little Eden. Quiet location, beautiful cabin, beach access for low tide exploring, and close to all of the amenities in Cornwall and Charlottetown. Monica and Carl were wonderful hosts and ensured that we had everything we needed for an amazing vacation!

Relax

Lovely cottage, great hosts. Walk to beach wasn’t too far, quiet area with friendly neighbours. Cottage was clean and spacious, great interior and exterior spaces. Monica met us at property for check in and responded quickly to any text questions I had and was genuinely kind.

Summer Memories!!!

This is our fourth stay at Little Eden and we love coming back. The beach is great for the kids and the house is well stocked. Monica and Carl are great hosts. Already counting the days until next year.

Wonderful place to stay.

This was a lovely, bright, clean and very charming cottage. It had a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The cottage itself was very comfortable, well maintained and in a great location. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. Monica was a great host, very friendly and welcoming to us. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a charming cottage with close access to the beach.

Nice quiet spot to relax

Great spot to stay for a week. Water is nearby. Charlottetown is close. Quiet area, but close to everything you could need. Property owners were great to deal with, friendly and helpful with things to do and places to go in the area. I would stay here again.

Making great memories!

My kids and I love Little Eden this was our third time and it was wonderful to be back. Monica and Carl are great hosts and the cottage is setup with everything you need and more. The best part is the short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back again.

Lots of Paradise at Little Eden

Our stay in Canoe Cove at Little Eden was amazing. We were met and welcomed by our hosts and given the overview of the cottage and surrounding area. The web site and pictures perfectly reflect the cottage. It is clean and very well stocked (including splices for cooking) to make your arrival stress free. We have no hesitation on booking a return visit.

Island Cottage Gem

Monica and Carls place was a perfect cottage layout for our family. Even without a ocean view we enjoyed a wonderful stay and loved the short walk down the red road lane to our beach. We were a short drive from every where we wanted to go. Monica and Carl are wonderful hosts!

Absolutely amazing

The listing is exactly as stated in the listing! Monica and her husband met us there, showed us around, gave us listings for food and shopping. I even asked a question prior to arriving and she did some research for me. The property was perfect , clean, well kept and full of everything we might need for our stay. Close to town and not far from the confederation bridge. I would definitely book here again.

Peaceful Beauty

My son and I spent a week at Little Eden. It was a beautiful, quiet time. We loved walking down to the beach and exploring. The house is perfect- cozy and clean. We enjoyed the local restaurants and all the fresh seafood. I cannot say enough about how great the hosts were- very helpful and nice. We felt very welcome. We will be back.

Great summer getaway

We had a great stay at little eden cottage. It was just like the pictures show. The only suggestion I would make is a better sleeping situation for the second bedroom. Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing Summer Getaway!

Little Eden Summer cottage was an amazing getaway for our family of four. Location was steps away from the beach, and we enjoyed hours beach combing and in the water. The cottage itself was very clean and had everything we needed - including a great fire pit. Monica and Carl checked in to ensure we had everything needed throughout our entire stay. Definitely would love to spend more time here in the future!

Family Vacation

Excellent stay. This property is located fairly centrally making it easy to get to all the important places that PEI has to offer. Hosts were excellent and available when needed. We would stay again.

Beautiful Location for a Family Vacation

This was our first vacation away with our daughter. The place was so cozy, clean and perfect for us. We made wonderful memories at the beach and the whole week we were there. Very sad to leave but will definitely be going back next year. Monica and Carl were very nice down to earth people and very welcoming.

Immaculate and Roomy

Our favourite thing about this cottage, other than how clean it was, was that it had a private beach just down the dirt road. We spent every evening on the beach after adventuring out during the day. It is also completely stocked. Lots of dishes, extra linens, beach chairs, toys and even games. The location was also fantastic. Our kids loved the loft area! We are a family of five and the cottage had plenty of room for everyone.
