"First thing to say is you'll probably need a car as it's about a 40 minute walk to Castelbuono - and coming back is quite steep walking. The upside of that is you are in a very tranquil location. "A lovely rustic property situated in quiet rural Sicily but near to local amenities. Claudia and her family were very helpful and enabled our stay to be relaxed and enjoyable. Access along single tracked roads is not for the faint-hearted but worth the journey! if you want an 'away from it all' holiday then this is a great choice."

Two negatives - firstly if you could move it about 2km towards the town of Sant’Agata di Militello then you could easily reach the bars and restaurants.
