Room was clean, Helpful staff, Most of the required shops were near by, Best part of this hotel is next to Nice Railway Station. Hot water kettle was not there in the room, no Coffee Or tea sachet in the room.

Got there at 1pm room not ready. Still not ready at 3pm check-in time. Reception had "no idea" when it would be. Forced to accept different room with bath/shower and on different floor. Very disappointed. Bath/shower unusable, shower flooded the bathroom and no taps to run bath. Would have preferred a better view on higher floor. Room was comfortable and hotel very well positioned Wifi very weak, signal dropped all the time. Disappointing late check-in time esp when you're on a short break and rooms aren't even ready then. Some staff were very helpful with the shower and wifi issues but they couldn't be resolved unfortunately
