Superb villa in Cannes with sea views and pool.

Welcome to our villa! This summer we won't be using our beloved pied-à-terre in Cannes so please make the most of it!
We’ve renovated the villa throughout and finished it in warm neutral tones. The structure was originally built with extremely thick walls meaning that it remains cool inside even in the hot weather. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with king beds and en-suite bathroom/shower room with toilets and 1 bedroom with a queen bed. It’s a really superb property that has a very homely feel to it offering a wonderful retreat for guests. Whether you're lounging in the serene bedrooms, by the pool or exploring the vibrant city, this villa provides the perfect base for your vacation. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Our villa is set in its own private gardens with wonderful sea views and views of the Lerins Islands too.
It is located in the Super Cannes area of Cannes, renown for beautiful villas.

Upon entering you have the dining area and lounge area (with TV) that look out onto the sea views.
The kitchen is to the rear of the property, it's fully equipped with an induction hob, coffee machine, oven, microwave and all the essentials for a comfortable stay and outdoor dining.

There are three bedrooms all on the ground floor off a separate corridor, all with their own bathroom/shower room and toilet. Cooling fans are provided in all bedrooms.
The 4th bedroom is off the main living area. This bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom (more suited to children happy to use a bathroom attached to another bedroom as an example). There is a separate guest toilet next to this bedroom.

Outside there is a lounge area, a dining area and sun loungers around the pool. There is also an outside toilet, shower room and BBQ. There is a great flat area for soft ball games and a large table for outdoor dining. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact me
