The property was incredibly clean and exactly like the listing. We really appreciated having all of the essential items we needed there like trash bags, dish soap and even some toiletries. Kim was a super responsive host, getting back to us within a few minutes when we had a question, I would recommend this property to anyone who asks!

Fantastic apartment! Wonderfully comfortable. Really easy check in at the front desk, convenient parking and perfect location in Canmore - quiet but close to the town centre and connected by a lovely board walk/trail. Beautiful views from the balcony too!Would stay again!

Fabulous spacious apartment, well equipped with everything you need for stay. Easy check in with underground parking and only a short walk to downtown Canmore. Would recommend for a family stay.

It was easy to check in- easy parking given how busy the town of Canmore is. Loved the deep and long tub.

Amazing condo

Spacious, light and very comfortable condo. Amazing mountain views, in a quiet area but only a short walk to downtown Canmore. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful surroundings

Canmore is a pretty busy little town and this condo is right in the middle of it all. The views are stunning from the balcony and the overall property was clean, well managed and convenient to all our locations we wanted to go. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great unit!

Unit is just as pictured. Has alot of amentities. Communication with host was great. The only thing we think could be improved would be having a fan in every sleeping area (it was HOT and unit doesn't have AC). One bedroom had a tower fan. The other has a ceiling fan, but you couldn't put it on high bc it was very wobbly. Downstairs had no fan at all. We had to prop the door to hall open to let some cool air in for a little while. Other than that, if you're sensitive to light bring an eye mask. There's no blocking the light except in the downstairs bedroom and its only dark 11pm-5am.

Wonderful rental for a long weekend in Canmore

I stayed with my husband and two friends for a wedding, and we loved the rental. It was a great size for two couples, each with our own bathroom. We didn't use the kitchen but appreciated the facilities, and it had a lovely view of the mountains. Check-in was easy, as was parking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Return to the Rockies

We spent three days in Banff last year and enjoyed it so much we couldn’t wait to return. We decided to stay in Canmore as we were staying for much longer and couldn’t afford Banff and we were so happy that we decided to stop in Canmore. Apartment was fantastic - spacious, comfortable and everything you could possibly want was provided, it became home from home for us for two weeks. Easy access to everything, local walks, coffee shops restaurants we would not hesitate to come back.

Great stay in Canmore for the Melissa’s Road Race!

Our stay in Canmore was pretty good! The check in process was smooth, underground parking and street parking easy to navigate. Well appointed unit, clean and beautiful views from the balcony. There were a couple maintenance issues but I will bring that up with the owner so she is aware.

Perfect location

My husband & I stayed for 4 nights in Sept and the location was great for some quiet relaxation after Banff hiking/activities. Safe area with underground, covered parking & elevators made arrival/departure a breeze. Kitchen was well-stocked & laundry was a big bonus. There are about 8-10 stairs up (or down) required to access both the main living area & the upper bedroom which could be an issue for some. Otherwise, a solid option for a couple or family of 4.

Good place to stay

Overall nice place. Pictures are a bit deceiving. It is smaller then expected and the pool and hot tub are at the front of the buildings- so view in pictures was not accurate from the balcony. Nice view.

Canmore Retreat

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very comfortable and had the most amazing view! We loved walking all the trails along the river, and into downtown Canmore almost every day. It was the perfect place for us!!

No Air Conditioning

When booking this property for a summer trip, I did not realize there was no air conditioning. I think typically this would be ok, but due to the heat and wildfires, it was a bit uncomfortable at times - especially in the upstairs loft bedroom with the queen bed. So if you’re traveling in the summer, just be aware of that. The condo itself is very nice. Fresh paint, nicely decorated and totally clean (except for the upstairs ceiling fan, which we cleaned ourselves because it was coated in dust). Couches/ beds/ chairs all clean and comfortable. We had a few things that didn’t work while we were there, but the owner said she would address those after we left. Owner was responsive and professional. The community is nice and walkable to restaurants. Overall our family of 4 was comfortable here and I would recommend it.

Best VRBO experience I’ve ever had

Kim’s condo is in one word AMAZING. Our stay at her place was the best experience we’ve ever had. The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything from coffee filters to laundry detergent was provided. We felt at home the second we got there. Oh, and the views from the patio were breath taking. My only regret is that we didn’t stay there longer. Thank you Kim for the best experience ever!
