First off, the location of this property is great! Easy access to Banff National Park and the town has grocery and restaurants within walking distance.
About the unit, the spa showers don’t work so that part should be taken out of the listing, just the hand held shower portion works, not the jets in the tub or the additional shower features.
The lighting in the unit is terrible, way too dim, this could most likely be rectified with some higher wattage bulbs throughout. The natural light during the day is nice but when it’s dark outside, it’s also dark inside.
The cookware in the unit is a joke, there are two fry pans and nothing else. If you want to cook a meal in, it will be very difficult. The dishwasher is not very well attached to the cabinetry so be careful if it’s loaded as it tips into the kitchen area.
The pillows need to be updated as they were very uncomfortable.
Because this is a condo with the main entrance to the restaurant and other units directly below this particular condo, it was quite loud three of the six nights we were in residence.
I think that things just need to be “noticed” in the unit and it could be much more user friendly with a few updates.
