You waited on us after our flight was delayed and gave us the ability to order so there would be food in our room. The spa staff were suberb and wonderful and looked after us, the team at the pool and beach club extremely friendly and professional and also housekeeping was always friendly, helpful and professional. Security and front desk staff always polite and friendly. Cannot wait to come back "

"Amazing hotel! Recently built and conditions of the hotel and the room is exceptional! I stayed at the top floor with ocean view and it was the most amazing view you could find in Canggu. Room was reasonable size, very clean and modern, excellent bathroom condition. Only thing I didn’t like was the noise coming from outside near the beach - a lot of noise, music and at times, people yelling etc. which made sleeping a bit difficult. Not sure if they can improve the sound proof of the windows. Or rooms facing the other sides may be better? Otherwise, really enjoyed my stay. Staff are very friendly. Rooftop pool was also very peaceful and amazing with a great view of the ocean. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Stayed here 3 nights and loved it, the staff were so welcoming and made us feel very looked after. The restaurant is great and you can request to eat poolside which is lovely. Location is great for the beach/shops. Rooms and grounds felt pristinely clean. "
