"I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The lively nightclub nearby didn’t bother me at all; I popped on my headphones with some sleep tones and drifted off easily. Honestly, part of me was tempted to join the fun at the club! The club’s atmosphere was classy, sexy, and clearly a popular hotspot. Beyond the nightlife, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, with a vibrant yet sophisticated vibe. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed here for 5 nights in early September as a solo female traveler- I felt completed safe, comfortable, and simply happy at this beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. The grounds are extremely well-kept (pool area, lobby, rooms, hallways, etc). The staff were beyond welcoming every time you saw them, and they were always ready with a smile to help with any requests. You can tell this is a well-trained staff in hospitality! Julio at the front desk was especially helpful and always had such a warm and kind smile. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and feel at home. He even offered to bring my food delivery to my room so I wouldn’t have to be bothered with coming downstairs when it arrived- so considerate! Actually, all the staff were amazing! The rooms are new, beautifully decorated, cozy, modern, and well-stocked. I even had a slight view of the ocean being on a higher floor. Everything you need in the kitchen was provided and there are multiple water machines on each floor. Location is excellent in a quieter area of Canggu and is 5 min. walking to Nelayan beach. Also, it is so close to so many restaurants, cafes, gyms, laundry, and souvenir shops as well. If I ever come back to Canggu, I will definitely be booking this place again!"

"Had a wonderful stay, all staff are wonderful, prompt and very friendly. Petri at the front service desk goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, pleasurable and will assist you with all inquiries. The resort is a lovely place even though some things look dated that is to be expected in the tropics, everything is clean, bed was very comfortable, 24hr room service, breakfast available till 11am, late checkout and the massage was sensational. Everything is there. Thank you to all staff for a great first time visit to Bali."
