「There were no instructions for the thermostat, so I did not know how to set it properly to keep the room cool the first night - which ruined my sleep. I finally figured it out at about 5AM. The bed was very uncomfortable - too hard, no softness at all. The bed linens were okay, but I dislike the way most hotels now make the sheets fold over the top of the comforter so the guest doesn't touch the comforter; that's so weird to me - just use an extra top sheet over the comforter to protect it! 「Clean rooms and great service」

「Room was clean, bath/shower is unsafe, tv's need upgraded, maybe an emergency generator for power outage. Staff watched me walk right by going towards my room and they could have at least said something about the power being out and that our room key would not work. Creepy hallways in the dark. We had to walk back up front and request access into our room. I did not feel safe. 」

「Manager is kinda rude, our AC was blowing heat and AC didn’t work! Our door wouldn’t latch when we shut it, staff untried coming in our room a couple times but we had it locked from inside 」

「The room was semi clean. Staff wasn't great but didn't cuss at us like the other motel in town. Still won't stay here again... On the cool side....they had actual keys..not a key card. Felt very retro.」
