Nous avons passé un bon séjour, l'appartement était agréable et très bien situé, nous savions à l'avance que la fenêtre de la chambre donnée sur l'ascenseur, donc nous n'avions pas été surpris. Un peu bruyant pour le week-end de l'ascension car il y a eu des travaux le vendredi. (ce qui est logique car ce n'était pas férié) Attention, il faut prendre papier WC, car il n'y avait même pas une fin de rouleaux :-) produit vaisselle, torchon, sopalin sac poubelle également, car pas de sac dans la poubelle, etc... il y a une cafetière Dolce Gusto qui a été très apréciable car nous ne le savions pas. Quelques odeurs de remontée d'égouts le samedi matin dans la salle de bain!! Mis à part ca, l'appartement est sympa et super bien situé. Rapport qualité prix très correct. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir pour un week-end.

Toller Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer! Sehr schön ausgestattet und praktisch aufgeteilt. Lediglich das Schlafzimmer hat din Manko, da es kein wirkliches Fenster gibt… es führt in den Mittelgang des Gebäudes mit Blick auf die Aufzugtür.

Très agréable appartement parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé à deux minutes des plages. Quel plaisir de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse face au port de plaisance du Canet. La proximité des restaurants et des commerces en fait une destination de choix. Bravo au propriétaire et à Abritel pour l'organisation exemplaire

Passage en France pour faire notre permis bateau

Nous sommes arrivés dans un petit appartement charmant, après 11heures de route. Accueil tres bie. Vue magnifique, mais très chaud, il y a une chambre , avec une fenetre qui fait courant d'air, mais pas de drapes de lit et la fenêtre de la chambre donne dans la cage d'escalier, en face de l'ascenseur avec un grillage comme sécurité. A toute heures il y a du passage et l'odeur asphyxiante de la peinture fraîche. Il y a un volet, mais si on le ferme , il n'y a plus d'air. Magnifique salle de bain, refaite, avec tres bon débit d'eau mais aucune serviettes de bain, jute un tapis de bain. Nous n'avons pas pu dormir dans la chambre, plus fraîche la nuit, a cause des odeurs, et du passage. Et on nous demande 70 euro, pour le ménage, si on ne le fait pas. On nous les rends apres check-out si tout est ok.

Emplacement super avec plage, port, aquarium. Proche des rues commerçantes et de la promenade de bord de mer. Logement correspondant totalement à l’annonce. Très propre, bien rénové et bien équipé.Travaux de rénovation du bâtiment en cours ( mais non gênant et nous étions informés)Attention seulement, il n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce que l’heure d’arrivée est limitée (après 19h, des frais supplémentaires sont dus)

Mécontentement

Appartement bien situé, beaucoup de visites intéressantes. le gros souci est l' état de propreté de l'appartement ( poussière, morceaux de verre, aspirateur hors d' usage, bac à douche sale, matelas taché, torchons innommables). nous avons fait le ménage à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Avons contacté le propriétaire par sms. photos à l' appui, en espérant un geste commercial de sa part, sans réponse à ce jour.

Minimalistisch

Het appartement was op zich prima. Helaas rook de slaapkamer muf en ramen kon je niet echt open zetten want die kwamen uit op de galerij. Bankbed uitgezet in de woonkamer, gelukkig waren we met 2 personen. Geen dekbedovertrekken en slopen aanwezig, helaas. Verder goed verblijf gehad maar het appartement is minimalistisch ingericht en geen gemakkelijke stoelen als je buiten wilt zitten. Er staat een gemakkelijke stoel maar als je met meer personen bent niet handig. De dame van het agentschap was zeer vriendelijk.

Agréable vacances

Une bonne communication humaine avec l'agence chargé de l'accueil et de départ. Bonne situation juste à côté de la mer. Propreté bonne. Bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine, y compris toute la vaisselle. L'immeuble est plus attirant avec ses résidents habituels très très amical. Serait encore mieux concernant la confortabilité des lits et l'état de salle de bain. Comme même je conseille mes connaissances et je le recommande.

Situé près du port, plus calme.

Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. Propre bien situé près de la grande roue et du port. A deux pas de la mer et de grands parking. Local à vélos fermé. Place de parking un peu loin mais en pleine saison appréciable. Fenêtre de chambre donnant sur l'ascenseur. Un peu bruyant. Salle de bain très petite, encombrée par un grand placard et sol abimé. Beaucoup de rangements, de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine. Grand frigo. Bonnes dimensions de la TV.

Vacances de noël à Canet plage

Appartement très bien situé près de l'aquarium Oniria et une vue exceptionnelle sur le port de Canet plage. Très bon accueil, bien équipé et bonne literie chambre. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Suggestion : parquet de la salle de bains à rénover (peut-être enlevé grand meuble blanc en entrant dans la salle de bains pour agrandir l'espace et agencer une belle étagère sous le lavabo).

Séjour de 8 jours à Canet en Roussillon

Très bon séjour. Juste un petit bémol sur le flexible de la douche à changer car très abimé. La prise de courant côté évier est à réparer aussi - pas très fiable
