「This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our young family really enjoyed the hammocks, firepit, foosball table, pinball, and the pool on lazy days while we relaxed at the house. Only about 30 minutes away from the parks/waterfalls that we wanted to visit. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and Evan is very responsive.
