This was our 3rd time in temptation, Our experience was great as usual, the food, entertainment and the staff are awesome, however, we were very unhappy with the spa service that we’ve booked, we paid a high amount of money( but didn’t care) because they promised us a sensual experience we’ve never had before, and that didn’t happened.
we complained about it to the spa staff and also at concierge but we were pretty much ignored!

Great hotel. Staff was friendly. Food could be a bit better. It is a party hotel and we understand, but our last night was terrible. Our whole floor was very loud. Running up and down the hall, weed smell, loud music. Not from the hotel party. But a guest. We had to check out at 7AM. And the noise stopped at that time. Other than that we had a great stay.

My stay at Live Aqua was great. Pros: Beautiful resort and beach. Very nice staff and clean/safe environment. Wait staff is great. Cons: The food was very bland, and there aren't a lot of free seating options near the pools. The free chairs get taken by about 10:00 AM, then you have to stay at the beach or rent a cabana.
