El hotel se ve viejo, la habitación tenía una fuga de agua en el baño, además el agua del lavamanos tardaba una eternidad en irse. El personal fue muy amable. La alberca y playa la cerraban muy temprano.

Great boutique resort. Recommended.

Overall we had a great stay and I was very impressed by the service the staff provided. Front desk, pool service staff, and the restaurant staff all did an amazing job taking care of their customers. The only downfall was the water temperature in the room. Also food was delicious. Breakfast and diner.

No es all inclusive regular (todo el tiempo) tienes ciertas horas para comer, ciertas para cenar y ciertas para desayunar. Te entregan la habitacion super tardey si el ultimo dia comes despues de la 1pm te lo cobran wtf. Las instalaciones estan genericas asi que no volveria.

First off I can't give the staff that work here enough compliments. They were absolutely amazing!!! Whatever you needed they were quick to please you. Claudia, yadaira, Alicia, and kenia were great letting us know were everything was and what times certain restaurants were open. There wasn't a time we're I didn't see the staff cleaning, this place is spotless!! The spinach juice served at the palm terrace was the best juice I've ever had in my life. There was a grocery store and an amazing restraunt directly across from the hotel so we didn't have travel by car to pick anything up. The view of the ocean in the morning is breathtaking and the breeze that flows through the entrance of the hotel is incredible. I definitely recommend this place!!

When we arrived, we loved that it was close to the beach with easy access. It all seemed to go well but they were a bit rude. They charged us a fee to clean the beach and our friends that stayed at another hotel didnt gets charged such fee.

La qualité générale de l'hôtel est bonne, la piscine est très agréable avec le pool bar et l'accès à la plage est immédiate, très appréciable et belle. La nourriture est excellente. Les prestations sont bonnes mais certaines choses sont à revoir en profondeur. Le service tout inclus de l'hôtel fonctionne mais n'est pas du tout optimisé. À chaque consommation de boissons ou de nourriture il faut donner le numéro de la chambre, le nom et une signature. Ce n'est vraiment pas pratique en tout inclus où les consommations sont souvent nombreuses. Si vous êtes une famille de plus de 6 personnes attendez vous à avoir des problèmes pour manger tous ensemble. Nous étions 8 puis 10 et nous avons été refusés de nombreuses fois au restaurant, obligés d'attendre que des places se libèrent. Certaines chambres sont bruyantes au niveau de la route à cause de l'état des fenêtres. Bien important de vérifier les équipements de la chambre avant de déballer les affaires, surtout la climatisation. Un plus pour les serveurs, la réception et l'animation qui font de leur mieux (merci Felipe). Nous sommes quand même très content de notre séjour au Mexique et au Bel Air Cancun.

The general quality of the hotel is good, the swimming pool is very pleasant with the pool bar and the access to the beach is immediate, very appreciable and beautiful. The food is excellent. The services are good but some things need to be reviewed in depth. The all inclusive service of the hotel works but is absolutly not optimized. Every time you take a drink or eat something you have to give the room number, name and signature. This is really annoying in all inclusive where the consumptions are often many. If you are a family of more than 6 people expect to have problems eating all together. We were 8 then 10 and we were refused many times at the restaurant, having to wait for places to become available. Some roadside rooms are noisy because of the state of the windows. It's very important to check the equipment s in the room before unpacking, especially the air conditioning. A plus for the waiters, the reception and the animation who do their best (thanks Felipe). We are still very happy with our stay in Mexico and Bel Air Cancun.

I reserved a room with 2 beds...when we arrive they gave us one bed. It took 2 days to get us in to a room with 2 double beds. The room they eventually gave us had no working air conditioning for the last 3 days.....

The shower was weak and the air conditioner was loud. The buffet, staff, and beach were great. The room was simple but good, I don't need a fancy room. I go to Cancun to enjoy the beach!
