Great hotel and very nice and service minded staff in reception and in the restaurant beside they had cooperation with. The wrong breakfast room we was in the two first days was not nice from the waiter.

Klassiskt alphotell

Robust alphotell med bra känsla, lite till åren kommen men så centralt man kan komma. Var var där i Maj och då är byn helt stängd så satsa på att komma lite närmare sommaren när säsongen kommit igång. Trevlig personal och stora fina rum.

Non è stato possibile soggiornare in questa struttura scelta appositamente per la sua posizione: nonostante la prenotazione confermata per questa struttura, ci è stata trovata una sistemazione in un altro hotel della stessa catena, dopo essere stati dirottati in altre 3 strutture diverse, persino a 2 km da Canazei...Il nuovo hotel però era a circa ad 1 km dall'Hotel Dolomiti.

Not recommended

The staff is nice and there is free parking near the hotel but - there is a big but - this is an old hotel, few amenities, basic rooms without ac, weak wifi, very basic breakfast, the hotels restaurant is low quality and pricey. This is not a 4 star hotel by any chance. Will not stay there again.

Albergo 4 stelle che andrebbe ristrutturato al piu presto. Personale gentile e direttore molto disponibile nel soddisfare esigenze. Molto comodo il fatto di stare nel centro il che permette di spostarsi senza prendere la macchina.

La posizione è ottima, la camera senza un balcone,

Al mio arrivo ho chiesto la camera al piano più alto possibile per il motivo che ho sonno molto sensibile,inzialmente il direttore mi ha detto che non è possibile perchè ho la tariffa conveniente, ma dopo mi ha assegnato al 3°piano. La posizione del hotel era ottima ma gli arredamenti e la tv facevano desiderare. Il presonale dell'albergo erano gentili e disponibili.

Service was good, brekfast not the best. great location but the all year open afterski club downstears made it impossible to sleep. Parking was not available.

לא רציניים - החדר שהזמנו ניתן למישהו אחר!!!

לא רציניים - שהגענו הם אמרו לנו שהם מצטערים אבל הם מסרו את החדרים שהזמנו לנו ולילדים למישהו אחר... ניסו לתת לנו חדרים אחרים - לא טובים ורחוקים אחד מהשני (בבניין אחר!). לפחות הם מצאו לנו מלון חלופי..אריאל

Trevligt hotell med bra läge och närhet till lift

Vi hade en trevlig vecka. Rummet var fräscht och måltiderna föll alla i smaken. Personalen var serviceminded. Återkommer gärna.

Udmærket standard hotel

Hotellet har ikke trådløst internet eller voldsom luksus på værelserne. Der kan i perioder være utroligt koldt, når der lukkes for varmen to gange om dagen (som alle åbenbart gør). Parkering kan godt være et problem. Ski-rummet er placeret et tåbeligt sted ift hovedindgangen.
