"Very dangerous place to stay, is not close to anything and you cant park your car close to the Cabin. We left and never climb the hill needed to access the place. It was raining and it’s very dangerous the access if there’s any. We hope we can get our money back"

"Great location a few minutes walk from “downtown” Minca. Be aware that you’ll have to walk 4-5 minutes from where the taxi (at least the few we used) will drop you off. The hotel itself is super cozy and charming. Nice pool and breakfast was good. I got up “early” before breakfast to work and even got a few cups of delicious coffee. Recommend!"

The location of the cabana is close to Angeles and Mendihuaca beaches. The Palomino of Guajira is just 30 minutes. "No WiFi for the duration of our stay!!!! We specifically book condos so we have good space to work and the owner did not have working WiFi as advertised. We ended up sitting at a local hostel for 2 days to use WiFi. Hostel Viajero is beautiful place and super friendly! "I really enjoyed my stay at this clean and cosy ecolodge in Minca. A friendly welcome, and an interesting story behind these beautifully designed jungle cabins surrounded by lush nature. Such a relaxing and amazing experience. The walking trail to the centre of Minca was fun too! :) "

"Great hotel to stay at in santa marta 100m from the sea front. Close to all the bars and restaurants and exito supermarket about 300m up the road. Rooms are basic but clean were good enough for us as we only needed somewhere to put our heads down and have a shower ! Amazing value for money at this hotel . Staff on reception were amazing so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble! Thanks jeff , Geraldine and kelli ! Definitely worth a visit and a stay if thinking of visiting santa marta which is a cool place very chill compared to the bigger cities we visited! Many thanks to the team at hotel Puerto pelicano !"

"The property is very well kept, nicely furnished and close to the marina and the old city, there appears to be a problem with the public sewerage and it rained 1 day and there was dirty water that smelled terrible for two or three days. Its was throughout the entire city. Very disappointing . "
