"Property was clean and the staff is nice. Location is great. No parking. Plates and cups need replacement, some were broken. Internet very poor during all our stay. Breakfast area needs improvement (richaud has no place to hold the cover, very hard to serve with only two hands. Same for sugar and other accessories). Some faucets were leaking. Curtain is not blackout, very bright early in the morning. Annoying noise from outside, very disturbing to sleep. Some points we are mentioning just because we paid premium rate, so we were expecting top experience."

"Great experience, once again, while staying at Mar de Canasvieiras Hotel: Check in process, service desk agents, breakfast food and its attendants, room, amenities, swimming pool. I just wish there was a ventilation fan in the bathroom from the room we stayed at. Shout out to Pedro Paulo, service desk agent. Very nice, kind and professional."
