"We stayed at this house 3 years ago and enjoyed it just as much this time! It’s close to Main St in Penn Yan which has shops, restaurants, and local coffee spots. It’s easy to get to the water and hiking trails. The house is clean and spacious! You must be able to handle stairs. The yard is fenced and great for my dog! And the owner is easy to contact and communicate with! Definitely recommend! "

"Fantastic place to make memories. Spacious, well appointed kitchen, attractive quality furnishings (beds are a little firm). Beautiful new pool, wonderful large yard to enjoy the view or play lawn games, nice dock, great outdoor furniture with plenty of chairs. Big dining room table with tons of extra seating.
