Cozy House

Great Stay

Everything was fantastic from booking, to checking in, to the stay, and departing...we could not have asked for more. If we bring friends up again to wine country, we will definitly look to stay in this house again. Great location to downtown restaurants and the waterfront.

Wonderful house in Geneva

House was well stocked and clean. House was walkable to all restaurants and shops. Easy drive to many wineries. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels for the group.

This very spacious home had plenty of charm and comforts. The beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets, and close to lots. We were very happy with our time there!

Cute and spacious

Perfect house for 3 couples! It was spacious and comfortable with modern and updated decor and appliances. We stayed for 2 nights while attending the Seneca Lake Deck the Halls event. Great location in a quiet area but near many restaurants. We would love to stay here again!

Great Downtown Property!

We were in town for a wedding at the Cracker Factory and this was ideally located for that! We had easy access to some downtown shops with a nice relaxing house to stay at. The kitchen was a delight and the bedrooms could have slept a lot more that we had. I would definitely rent this again!

Walking distance to everything

This home was perfect for our stay. It is close to everything so walking is the way to go. The home is clean and welcoming. Great front porch for people-watching and cute back patio, too. We really enjoyed our stay and are already considering a return visit!

Vibrant vibe

The Gem had all accommodations needed. We stayed 3 nights while vacationing. Enjoyed the fun atmosphere of the home, plenty of room. Gas station next store had late night noise, but not bad. Easy walking downtown. 2 big beds were comfortable, 2 smaller mattresses a little thin. Would recommend to friends.

I only wish we had more time! Although we spent most of our time walking and exploring the very accessible town, our evenings were spent enjoying the comfortable and eclectically decorated home. I highly recommend this "GEM" for your stay in Geneva.
