「room dirty and tv did not work, breakfast was not given when I went to the Ramada as the front desk person had directed and no place to leave key so I left in the room . No one up at 6 am and doors locked 」

「The room we got at check-in didn't look like the room we booked on Expedia at all!! Our room was in the corner of the ground floor small, old and ugly looking. It didn't match the description and the pictures at all. The carpet looked gross and the bedding didn't feel fresh. The bathroom was clean but the shower had low pressure. The breakfast was very poor, we didn't eat anything. Lavazza coffee machine with the pods in the room was a nice touch, but there was no free pods in the lobby to...

「The room was ok. The shower wasnt that nice. The pool lide was fun for the kids. Breakfast was ok, would ave been noce to have some sausage or bacon included.」

「It was super dark with no exterior lights and hard to find, so didn’t feel super safe. There were kids trying to use my fire pit at 11pm when I got in late after work, there was a broken outlet and the staff plugged a string of power bars from the bathroom to ‘fix’ it. Definitely cute and rustic if that’s what you’re looking for, cheap enough but you def get what you pay for. Right off the highway/trainline so pretty noisy, not sure why it was rated as good as it was. 」
