"Staff are excellent, especially front desk staff. Hotel is a little run down. Room could have been a bit cleaner (hair clip under bed, a lot of dust in bathroom vent, ice in fridge). Pool was also closed at 10::15 a.m. Kids were looking forward to a swim before checkout. I would think Cleaning could be done between 12:00-3:00 as not to inconvenience guests. The pool was a big draw for us as a family with kids."

"Hot tub could have been hotter and I missed the woman's change room where there was a steam room (we were only there one night and I didn’t search too hard). What we were most impressed with was how gracious, kind and warm the staff were at every step of the way. The staff really made our Fairmont stay stand out. "
