"Our phone didn’t work and we couldn’t raise the blinds in our room. When we told the staff they told us to use our cell phones and maintenance would take care of it tomorrow and offered to move us to a room on the fourth floor while the elevator wasn’t working. They didn’t know there is a remote to raise the blinds. We found out when we checked out."

"Room was not clean. Carpet was dirty. Empty pop bottle and plastic Chick-fil-a bag were under the head of both sides of the bed. The storage bin under the microwave had a large Chick-fil-a bag that contained a box and the rest of the diner's trash. Night staff did not seem to care about dirty room."

"Cereal was stale. Not much to choose from. Pool was closed and was dirty with frogs in it. Outside was run down but inside looked newly remodeled. We were in a no smoke room but everyone we went in bathroom it smelled strong of cigarettes "

"This property was listed as an 8.8 . It is not that. This is an older not recently renovated property more like a 6.5. I don’t appreciate being mislead on the app. Very musty. Parking lot full of trash. Nothing fresh for breakfast."
